Preparation and Usage

Sous Vide: This joint has been sealed in an air tight bag and slowly cooked to lock in juices and give a succulent texture.

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. 45 mins Remove outer packaging and place the sachets to one side. Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, discard foil and baste with cooking juices. Return to the oven, uncovered for a further 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, drain off any excess juices and return to the oven for the final 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes. To serve dice the pork and serve with the barbecue sauce and crumb in dipping pots on the side.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.
