Add 50m Kadoo Carnival Pineapple Rum and 20ml of lime juice to a cocktail shaker - shake and strain to serve.Kadoo Caribbean Rum is made with a blend of column and pot still rums: a 30% 3 year old rum tropically aged in American oak ex-Bourbon casks and a 78% light un-aged rum infused with natural pineapple flavouring. Our rum is 38% ABV for better cut through in mixed drinks. Grand Kadoo Rum is an authentic Caribbean Rum filled with carnival spirit. Kadoo Rum has its origins set firmly in the much celebrated crop over festival and in particular the finale known as "The Grand Kadooment" celebrating the end of the sugar cane season. The festival boasts a kaleidoscope of colour and energy, and the Grand Kadoo Rum Co has made every effort to encapsulate this spirit in each and every bottle. The name Kadoo itself derives its name from the Bajan name "Kadooment" meaning "a big occasion filled with joy and vigour".
We start with a blend of column and pot still rums that are distilled and matured near Bridgetown in the St Philip and St Michael parishes in Barbados. Within our flavoured Carnival Range, we celebrate the spirit of collaboration by showcasing vibrant rum expressions from across the Caribbean. Our islands are cherished and so, in an effort to reduce environmental impact and ecological footprint, Kadoo Rum labels use sustainable sugar cane paper. Kadoo Rum is a B Corp brand.
