Pur brebis ewe's milk full fat hard cheese with truffle.This cheese may have characteristic white mould that forms on the rind of the cheese. This white mould can be removed along with the non edible rind.A creamy French cheese with a nutty flavour, expertly blended with summer truffle pieces. Made and matured for a characteristic moulded rind, by a family run cheesemaker in the Basque region of France.
