Oven

Instructions: Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. OVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled 18-20 mins. Place steaks, with the butter portion on top, on a baking tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. For best results pan fry. PAN FRY Chilled 12-14 mins. Place butter to one side. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add steaks and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently. Add the butter and cook for a further 2 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Instructions: Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.Air Fry 200°C Chilled 12-14 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Place 2 steaks in the air fryer in a single layer and place the butter portion on top.Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown. Not suitable for freezing.
