Make a Delicious Chicken JalfrezíIn Just 20 minutes- 500g Diced chicken, paneer or veg- 1 tbsp of Oil- Fresh coriander to garnish (optional)1 SeasonFirst put the chicken in a bowl with the seasoning mix and mix together until evenly coated.2 SizzleFry the seasoned chicken in a pan on medium heat for 2-3 mins stirring occasionally.Then add the spice paste, the dry sauce mix and 450ml of water.3 SimmerStir until mixed in, the sauce will thicken as if by magic within a minute or two. Simmer for a total of 15 minutes or until the sauce is creamy and the chicken is cookedFinishing TouchGarnish with fresh coriander.
