Centuries ago, a warrior tribe ruled the land this coffee grows on.This coffee is named after them - Timana. It's packed full of fruity flavours, with a rounded body. Grown by a smallholder cooperative Asprotimana in Colombia, our partners since 2003.Our StorySan Francisco, the 90s. The rumblings of a café culture revolution. The smell of freshly roasted coffee lingered in the air.That aroma. It woke up an ambition in us - to bring good coffee to the world.Fast forward to East London, today. We work with smallholder farmers around the world to source high quality coffees, then roast each batch in our vintage Probat to develop their distinctive flavours. Preparation and Usage

Try without milk or sugar to enjoy the full flavour.The Perfect CafetièreOne heaped dessert spoon (15g-18g) per 250ml cup.Water just off the boil (92°).Stir, brew for 4 minutes, then plunge and enjoy.

Storage
