Oven from frozen

Instructions: 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 32 mins For best results oven cook from frozen. Preheat oven to correct temperature Place croquettes in a single layer on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook until crispy and golden. Do not overcook. Do not exceed stated cooking temperature or time. When cooking smaller portions, reduce cooking time to avoid excess browning.

Deep Fry

Instructions: 175°C 5-6 mins Pre-heat fryer to correct temperature. Do not overfill frying basket – fill halfway to avoid excess oil uptake from extended frying times. Place a few croquettes at a time into the basket and fry in hot oil (175°C). Cook until crispy and golden. Do not overcook. Do not exceed stated frying temperature or time. When cooking smaller portions, reduce cooking time to avoid excess browning. Drain well before serving.

Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
