Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 10-12 mins For best results pan fry. Lightly oil and season medallions with salt and pepper. Heat a dry frying pan until hot and cook medallions on a medium heat. Turn occasionally. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

GriLL

Instructions: 12-14 mins Lightly oil and season medallions with salt and pepper. Place medallions under a pre-heated high grill. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
