For best results clean and thoroughly dry the container before use.Preparation method: Add 60ml of water per 100g of Elephant Atta Medium Chapatti Flour, and mix into a dough. Take a piece of the dough and roll flat to form a chapatti of preferred size. Place chapatti on hot tawa, turning occasionally, until cooked.Serving size: is 100g. Approximately 3 chapattis

Best before: See side of bagAlways store flour in a cool and dry place. Keep the pack closed between use. If tipping flour into a storage container, ensure all old flour is used first.
