Preparation and Usage

Fiery Prawn & Pepper Curry for 2SqueezeFry 1 diced onion in 2 tbsp oil until soft. Add (optional) 2cm grated ginger & 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Squeeze 3 tbsp spice paste into the pan. (1 tbsp = 15g)SizzleAdd 1 diced green pepper & cook for 1 Min. Add 50ml water, cook until evaporated, then add 200g chopped tomatoes.CreateSimmer for 2 Mins, add 240g prawns & simmer uncovered for 3-4 Mins until cooked through. Stir in 2 tbsp fresh coriander.
