Pork sausage meat blended with smoked chestnut, cherry, port and seasoning topped with mulled dark cherry glaze and crackling crumb.Our sausage meat stuffing is made with 100% British pork which is hand trimmed by expertly trained butchers. The stuffing is then seasoned and other carefully selected ingredients are added to enhance the rich, succulent flavour.

INGREDIENTS: Pork (58%), Water, Orange Zest, Smoked Chestnuts, Black Cherry (3.5%), Rice Flour, Cherry, Ruby Port, Potato Starch, Date, Sugar, Pork Rind, Glucose Syrup, Honey, Pea Fibre, Cherry Concentrate, Salt, Merlot, Thyme, Parsley, Stabilisers (Disodium Diphosphate, Tetrasodium Diphosphate), Orange Concentrate, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, White Pepper, Dextrose, Bamboo Fibre, Clove, Preservatives (Sodium Metabisulphite, Sulphur Dioxide), Red Wine, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Cane Sugar, Flavouring, Sunflower Oil, Shallot, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Blackcurrant Extract, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Colour (Paprika Extract).

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 40 mins Remove film lid and sleeve but keep stuffing on the cooking board. Place garland onto a baking tray, leaving it on the board, and cover lightly with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 10 minutes. Pour cherry glaze over the stuffing and cook for 8 minutes. 2 minutes towards the end of cook, sprinkle the crackling crumb over the stuffing and cook until the crumb becomes hot and crunchy.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
