Instructions: Preheat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low to medium heat. Add pieces and cook for 11-12 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Place pieces onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
