Oven cook

Instructions: Oven cook: Preheat oven to 190ºC/380ºF/Gas Mark 5/Fan Assisted 180ºC. Remove all packaging. Do not wash chicken prior to cooking. Place on a baking tray and cook on middle shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn once during cooking. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly, until juices run clear.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 48 hours and before use by date shown. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge overnight and use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze after thawing.
