Light and fresh for a summer lunch
This is a lovely alternative to a meat påté, with just the right amount of heat from the horseradish and fresh lemony zing. Tastes much more expensive than it is and is great on fresh crusty bread.
Delicious in a sandwich or with crackers or melba toast. Castle Maclellan's website also has recipes using their yummy pate to make meals. I absolutely love it!

Thought this was rather nice. I usually make pate myself but got this with other stand-by bits. Just had it for lunch on toast (seeded wholemeal) with salad and coleslaw. Very enjoyable.
