Lovely brazil nuts.
Lovely brazil nuts - easy to eat whole or chop up into breakfast cereals, etc. Regular purchase.
Good flavour
I normally cut brazil nuts into smaller pieces and use as a salad topping as I find the taste a bit strong on their own. However this Tesco version was really good and the flavour much better than those I've bought elsewhere.
Nuts - Tasty, crunchy and good for you
A single Brazil nut contains 68 to 91 micrograms (mcg) of selenium, meaning that just one nut per day can provide the daily recommended adult allowance of 55 mcg. In addition to selenium, Brazil nuts contain plenty of protein, essential minerals, and healthful fats. And they taste great. Selenuim plays a critical role in metabolism and thyroid function and helps protect your body from damage caused by oxidative stress. What's more, selenium may help boost your immune system, slow age-related mental decline, and even reduce your risk of heart disease.

Nice re-sealable pack and lots of lovely nuts. Trouble is that, not needing to shell them and make a load of mess, it is easy to eat too many at a sitting. I do wish we could have names though rather than 'a Tesco customer'
