Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Stir Fry

Instructions: Chilled: 8 mins 45 secs. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add the sauce and cook for a further 30-45 seconds to fully coat, then serve.
