Rapidly solidifies into a useless rock
Tastes fine, great for adding to dressings where fresh raw garlic would be too much, or for moments when we don't have time to cook out fresh garlic. Like others, we have only used a small amount before the garlic solidified into a useless rock solid lump. It's so hard we can't even scrape powder off the surface with a spoon
Went rock hard after half was used.
Used only half of it and it's the rest is all gone rock hard.Not any use anymore.

Powder a bit to fine
It’s Ok ,not sure if I would buy this again as it to fine powder, get messy

The taste is nice in recipes, but after a couple of weeks it becomes so rock hard that you can’t get it out of the container. So a waste of money unfortunately.
Good but spills and makes a mess
Powder itself is ok, not amazing but will do the job. But the container doesn't work for a powder, the lid isn't completely air tight and the powder spills everywhere when using and makes a mess and it goes hard quite quickly as well. If would pay slightly more for a better alternative.
Very good flavour. To stop it going hard just keep it in the freezer.
Powder does tend to clump up and harden over time. It's difficult to pour out of the tub.

Poorly designed lid means it's impossible to re-seal the jar, the contents then turn to stone and stink out the cupboard...
