Plump and porky
I was pleasantly surprised by these as i received them as a substitution: plump and porky with just enough pepper to give your tongue a tingle without biting back.
Brilliant and healthier
Excellent sausages, plenty of taste and my pan had no fat in when I finished cooking them. Very meaty texture , will try them on the BBQ when summer returns. Only small issue was the skins which seemed to peel off and fall apart. They do take slightly longer to brown, once cooked I turned pan up high and they did eventually brown all over

Always buy reduced fat sausages these days and these are still very tasty in spite of less fat. Cumberland are the tastiest of the all the reduced fat sausages we've tried. Use with boiled or mashed potatoes.

Meaty and no fat splashes. Ideal to cook in combi microwave-grill on an ovenproof plate without a greasy mess in the microwave. 2-3 sausages in toast in less than 10 mins. Yum!

These sausages are lovely. Lower fat is great and the hint of spice and pepper is nice. They made a brilliant Pork Pie at Christmas !!
WE COOK THEM ON THE GRILL AND NO NASTY EXCESS FROM THE SAUSAGE AND TBH TASTE FINE. PURCHSED MORE EXPENSIVE SAUAGES IN THE PAST AND LOTS OF NASTY EXCESS,
sell by dates received not acceptable
This is the the first time i have bought these sausage so can't say what they are like,I had to freeze them to save there life, came on my delivery order 25th July in the afternoon, use by date was next day 26th July supposed to have 5 days+ plus on them,obviously no good leaving note for picker for good dates only, its just ignored.
Tasty and cheap
Meaty without being greasy and a great deal lower in calories as a result. They really hit the spot for me.
Nice sausages. These are OK for a "healthy" sausage however they are mild in flavour. I tend to use these when making a sausage casserole as they absorb flavours well
