Not worth the price!

The worst piece of meat I have ever purchased. Currently sat here writing this on New Year’s Day with dinner ruined. The meat is poor quality and despite following the instructions, the ‘crackling’ is like a white piece of fat (yes I oiled and salted) and the meat is grey.... so disappointed.

This was very disappointing. The meat was rolled pieces and mostly fatty. The crackling was rubbery despite following the instructions to the letter. Looked nothing like the picture.
Defrost before cooking - Works for me every time!
I have ordered this pork joint many times and we have always enjoyed it. The way I do it is to let it defrost before cooking! Then roast in the oven for around 50 minutes, remove and take the crackling off to put back in the oven for around 20 minutes whilst the pork joint is resting under foil! Hope this works for you too!
Don’t bother with this.
Quite revolting. Despite following instructions exactly the joint was overcooked and dry. Meat was a grey colour and looked very unappetising.
Dont buy it!
Followed instructions for cooking for over 3 hours and was still not cooked and crackling not crispy!! All other meal components ready. Total disaster!!
Worst pork joint in years
This is the worst pork joint I have had in a long time - it was thick with fat, the meat was tuff and chewy. I will not be ordering this again and I recommend any one else considering this purchase to avoid.
