Awful! Too much fat.
Mostly fat. Not sure if we were unlucky but there was so much fat on this meat. I cooked it for the required time on the first stage and had to cut off most of that fat as it was over 4cm in places! Ended up with a small piece of crackling and enough meat for 3 people approx. Meat was fairly tasty.
Not the usual Tesco quality
Not good quality. Very disappointing
Score more less fat please next time!
This was the second one of these joints. The first I cooked from frozen but was not happy with the crackling, this time I defrosted prior to cooking, joint required more scoring but crackling was good. But from a 1.2 kg joint I removed 18 grams of fat. At least the birds may like it. I should get 6 servings out of the joint but 9!! Not likely.

The worst piece of meat I have ever purchased. Currently sat here writing this on New Year’s Day with dinner ruined. The meat is poor quality and despite following the instructions, the ‘crackling’ is like a white piece of fat (yes I oiled and salted) and the meat is grey.... so disappointed.

This was very disappointing. The meat was rolled pieces and mostly fatty. The crackling was rubbery despite following the instructions to the letter. Looked nothing like the picture.
