Great product: I use it in soups and all savoury dishes. I cut the cube into small pieces and add it to onions,garlic and herbs whilst these sweat on a medium heat, then add meat or fish and a little water and cook. For roasting meat, I use it mixed into raw onion etc., to line the bottom of the baking pan then place meat on top, cover with foil and cook. YUM ,!!
