For best results oven cook from defrost.
Ensure thoroughly defrosted prior to cooking. Remove all packaging, remove the giblets and place the duck in the bottom of a refrigerator for approx. 24 hours.
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6
2. Remove all packaging and place the duck on to a wire rack over a roasting tray.
3. Cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 55-60 minutes or until fully cooked and the juices run clear.
4. Allow the duck to rest for 5 minutes before carving.
