A versatile red for adults who enjoy a true claret
Excellent value wine with a good balance of body and mellow flavour that avoids the foxy fruitiness of so many New World red wines and makes it an enjoyable accompaniment to red meats and cheeses of all types. This wine is what a good reliable claret is all about.
Awful
Awful and totally undrinkable. Had to throw away two bottles. Tesco are not very good at quality control and their own branded wines. I have found a number of their wines to be very poor quality. Yes they refund your money no questions but that does not get to the route of the problem.

For the price a very nice claret. Not too sweet and a pleasant aftertaste The buying power of Tesco means we can enjoy an own label wine which with another label would probably cost more.
Good value
Very good value for money. Lovely smooth line would recommend
Amazing
I'm normally a Malbec drinker but I thought I would try this Claret for a change. Wow what a suprise for the price tag, full bodied, full of flavour and smooth. Will be stocking up on this beauty
Absolutely Awful !!
Tesco sell some excellent wine but sadly this Tesco Claret is not one of them. It had no redeeming features and was so bad that after a glass I poured the rest down the sink - yes it WAS really that bad. No fruit taste just nasty - it was awful. I tried a bottle of House Claret from another rival supermarket last week and it was excellent with all the attributes that should accompany a Good Claret. Don't waste your money on Tesco House Claret.
Very drinkable, a bargain
Very nice claret, worth it at full price and a bargain if you get it when theres a 6 bottle offer on.
A nice Claret well worth the mony
A nice claret would have been better if there was some discount or it was cheaper. I will be ordering more next year.especially if it was cheeper. Regards A OAP who likes the good life.A
One to avoid....
Awful wine, like drinking vinegar. I don’t normally take wine back to the store but this is so bad I am considering taking the rest of the bottle back for a refund. Better off drinking vinegar..!!
