Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 180°CTime: 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutesFor best results oven cook. For best results cook from frozen. Cut along the top of the packet and empty contents into an oven proof dish with a lid. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 60-70 minutes. Keep the dish covered throughout cooking. If cooking two shanks, increase the cooking time to 80 minutes. Stir the sauce well before serving.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: For best results microwave from frozen.Place the shanks onto a suitable microwavable dish.Pierce the bag twice near the top of the bag and cook as per instructions.After standing cut across the top of the bag, and carefully empty the contents onto a plate.If cooking 2 shanks increase the cooking time.Stir the sauce well before serving.Step: Cook on full power, Category B 650 Watt: 9 mins, Category D 750 Watt: 8.5 mins, Category E 850 Watt: 8 minsStep: Stand, Category B 650 Watt: 2 mins, Category D 750 Watt: 2 mins, Category E 850 Watt: 2 minsStep: Total time, Category B 650 Watt: 11 mins, Category D 750 Watt: 10.5 mins, Category E 850 Watt: 10 mins
