Microwave from frozen

Instructions: For best results microwave from frozen.800W 6 mins / 900W 5 minsPlace into a microwaveable bowl, add 2 tablespoons water (30ml) and cover.Cook on full power.Leave to stand for 1 minute after cooking.Drain well before serving.

Stir Fry

Instructions: Heat 1 dessert spoon of cooking oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Stir fry on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Cooking Precautions

Remove all packaging.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
