Defrost throroughly for a minimum of 16 hours in the refrigerator.
Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Stir Fry
Instructions: Time: 14 minsMedium heat: Pre-heat a frying pan or wok over a moderate heat. Add the chickenand stir fry for 5-7 minutes, ensure all sides are sealed. Add the vegetablesand stir fry for a further 5 minutes, stirring 2 – 3 times. Add the contents ofthe sauce sachet and cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cooking Precautions
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen.Remove and dispose of all packaging carefully. Remove the sauce sachet and keepto one side. After handling the sachet, wash hands thoroughly. To avoid crosscontamination, use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw poultry and readyto eat foods. Wash hands after touching raw poultry.All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hotthroughout before serving. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when thedeepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If they are pink,continue cooking for a few minutes and retest.
