INGREDIENTS: Semi Skimmed Milk, Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Pasteurised Egg, Onion (10%), Mature Cheddar Cheese (Milk) (8%), Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese (Milk) (7%), Red Leicester Cheese (with Colour: Annatto) (Milk), Palm Oil, Medium Fat Soft Cheese (Milk), Cornflour, Double Cream (Milk), Maize Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Chive, Salt, White Pepper, Nutmeg.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

Instructions: Can be served hot or cold. For best results, remove from foil tray and oven heat. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 20 mins

Oven from frozen

Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 40 mins

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave heating.

Been buying your own cheese & onion quiche regularly for many years as was always very good. Now you've changed it and it is no longer good. A dietician told me they'd recently tried it too and also said it's not good. I will not be buying it again!!
