Boneless is more expensive, also lacks the calcium
Bought these once by mistake, or was given as substitute, forget which. The skinless/boneless option are more expensive tins; granted that would give you a little more fish in the net weight, but I actually like the sardine skins/scales as it reminds me of a happy childhood! I also like the idea of mashing the bones in, as it increases calcium in our diet without adding the fat of cheese or milk; it's a good way to get calcium. Probably wouldn't buy again unless we had a fussy eater as visitor tbh.
Easy sardines
Great easy to eat and prepare
Excellent quality product
If you like your Sardines skinless and boneless like I do, then these are excellent. Good quality fish and a really tasty tomato sauce. Skinless and boneless sardines seem to be getting harder and harder to find so hopefully these will be around for a while.
It has added sunflower oil.

Best ever
If you love skinless and boneless sardines these are the best on the market. Other supermarkets can’t match them. A regular on my shopping list.
