It contains PORK GELATINE and is therefore unsuitable for Jewish, Muslim and vegetarian customers. Always read the small print. This was a very nasty surprise, the recipes I have for fool do not contain gelatine.

You'd be Gooseberry fool NOT to try.
Long time since I've had one of these and so glad I chose to tty again. Lovely creamy, tart taste. Will be buying these again and again - as long as they are available.
Incredibly nice taste I could become an addict.

Loved these. You don't find many gooseberry based puds and these are very moreish.
Sad the price has increased by 15p for the sake of making it "recyclable" (happy to say I can recycle the cardboard part in my city and the plastic looks thinner, so hopefully it will break down quicker in landfill?) The one I've just eaten was very tart. Hoping this was just a one-off as they used to be delicious.
Why change a winning product?
Why change a winning product? What have you done to the Gooseberry Fool? I loved these and ordered them every week but the recent ones have been pale imitations of what I'm used to. Where has that lovely tart taste and thicker consistency gone? Since they've been arriving in the new recyclable plastic pots (a plus for this), the product just does not taste the same and the texture is different. They're off my shopping list now.

Lovely. Creamy and with a tang of gooseberry, bits of gooseberry included. Decent shelf life in the fridge.
