These are not Falafels, these are full of wheat and bread?
soft and flavourful
I've always found Cauldron to be very good for the price, and this is another winner. Holds together well, and nicely herby
Absolutely tasteless and greatly overpriced. Never again!
Very disappointed, I was expecting them to be slightly spicy but these were tasteless
Why wheat in ingredients. They need to future proof their ingredients to meet the needs of the ever increasing demand for gluten free and other special dietary requirements. It's not necessary to put wheat in them. Lots of other falafel don’t put gluten in the ingredients so it can be done.
Improved taste wins my approval !
Much batter taste than those I bought years ago. More moisture content makes them more edible. They actually have a very similar taste to veggie samosas, again from years ago, before the manufacturers (all of them !) changed to a bland taste. I now prefer these to samosas when I have curry !
You used to be able to freeze these and apparently
You used to be able to freeze these and apparently now you cannot. Unfortunately as I usually buy these I didn’t read the instructions so didn’t notice when this changed. Eating all of the pack within 48 hours is a bit of a struggle.
These are a staple in my household
I buy these every week - mostly for use in wraps for lunch but occasionally (if I'm feeling adventurous) cooked as part of main meal in the evening. I have definitely only scratched the surface of what I can do with these!
Disappointing. Surprisingly bad
I wanted these to be good because I like the ingredients but sadly they were dry and tasted horrible and went in the bin.
Very lovely. Nice flavours. We used this in a pita with feta, onions, black olives, hummus, and spinach. Highly recommend this.
