Disgusting
This is absolutely hideous. I am really surprised at Schwartz as their products are usually very nice. You will be wasting the cost of the salmon as well as the sauce if you pour it over the fish. Stick to the packet mix if, like me, you can't make the real thing.
Terrible after taste
I used to buy the powder packet made by the same company and really enjoyed it a lot. But I can't find those on the Tesco website and thought i would try this one instead because I liked the other one so much. I followed the instructions on the back exactly and in the pan it looked exactly the same as the powder packet version that I made, but Its honestly terrible, I cant describe how awful the after taste is. After cooking a meal and putting this on top I couldn't finish it and had to bin my food.
Love this sauce!
Amazing with salmon! So easy to use as you simply open the packet, heat it up and pour over the fish - would recommend!
Super Convenient
As a lover of Salmon, this is such a convenient sauce for a quick and easy weeknight dinner recipe.
Tasty and creamy
Tasty and creamy. Ideally for Salmon , but take in little dosages.
Not as good as the mix they do IMO
I used this once for convenience, and thought it was horrid. I'm not up for doing a hollandaise from scratch, but I usually use the hollandaise mix (also Scwartz) that you mix yourself with some milk, and that works far better than this, I find.
Excellent sauce
Excellent accompaniment to the salmon in parsley and lemon. Cooked it with stir veg and amoy noodles. Really enjoyed it. Hope it is back on the shelf very soon.

This is disgusting. It doesn't taste at all like hollandaise sauce. It smells and tastes like onions. I had to check the ingredients to see if it even contained egg or butter. Agree with the above review, don't waste your money, it will ruin your meal.
Revolting!
Disgusting white gloop, which ruined our meal. Nothing like a proper Hollandaise - this is diluted wallpaper paste. Avoid, don't waste your money! Tesco should refuse to stock this muck.
