The flavour is good but the sugar literally does not melt or caramelise. And the actually crème brûlée burns before the sugar so it just ruins the whole thing.
Burnt sugar
The sugar did not caramelise it just burnt . Not impressed . Will not buy again

Almost as good as home made
I occasionally make my own creme brulee from fresh ingredients (double cream, eggs, vanilla) and this was almost as good. Thus the four out of five stars.
Just okay
It’s okay but pretty bland in comparison to other supermarkets Crème Brûlée (a certain orange branded supermarkets one is far superior in my opinion) and set too much for my liking. Wouldn’t buy it again.
Delicious and easy to prepare.
One of my favourites, lovely and light and just enough for one person. Easy to put under the grill and good enough to serve as homemade - who would know?
Great!
I was shocked by the low rating because the cream is indeed nice. I store it in the refrigerator before serving and use a torch to caramelize the top. The result is a great cold creamy texture and a glassy sweet thin crust. That is the beauty and elegance of Creme Brulee!

Tried the panna cotta and the creme brûlée. In my opinion they are both just awful.
Lovely considering its "shop bought". Lovely sweet
Lovely considering its "shop bought". Lovely sweet vanilla taste and texture is pleasant.
Pretty good
Not a bad creme brulee. From reading other reviews, it seems it doesn't grill particularly well, but I used a blowtorch to caramelise the sugar topping and it worked well and was ready in seconds! No issue with the filling burning etc. Not exactly restaurant quality but can't really complain for a supermarket's own brand, ready-made dessert!
