Quality not the usual standard.
Usually quite fresh, this time they were not.
some competitive supermarkets’ ones are better.
Better warmed up in an oven but in my opinion not as nice as Marks and Spencer ones at a similar price.
Very tasty
Very tasty and great quality
Not all that anymore from in store bakery
Not as good as they used to be just like all the isb pastries. I bought them for visitors wouldn't use again as store own packet off shelf are just as good if not better
Authentic French Tasting Pain au Chocolat
The pain au chocolat taste buttery with lovely flaky croissant style pastry and a generous amounts of chocolate. The chocolate is lovely and rich and slightly bitter, which complements the richness of the pastry beautifully.
Always good quality; but keep up with the size; I
Always good quality; but keep up with the size; I note they are getting smaller.
Stodgy but tempting.
Quite stodgy. I will buy them now and then and make sure in future to eat them same day.
Less packaging!
Now with much less plastic packaging - thank you Tesco.
Don't remember...
Having a Pain Au Chocolat before. The pastry was a little oily rather than buttery; but I did nuke them for about 10 seconds. But the plain chocolate; wow real adults chocolate; rich deep and twangy. May buy again except on a whim. John
