alternative to sugar
i use these jellies to sweeten rhubarb or gooseberries. just prepare fruit and sprincle with jelly then add about half the normal amount of water and cook in the microwave. about 10oz fruit and half a pint of water to one jelly gives a good set and no need for sugar.

being a diabetic I use these jellies a lot. not happy that Tesco sees fit to remove two of the flavours from its shelves, but this seems to be a regular thing for Tesco to do with quite a few of its items.
