Most excellent marmalade, as good as any high quality marmalade, and better than the top brands for the following reasons.. The best part is it's made with sugar and not glucose-fructose syrup, because sugar is a preservative but not the latter. Jams and marmalades made with glucose-fructose syrup need to be refrigerated or mould forms very quickly, Highly recommended
This is so bitter it's inedible. You can add honey to it and it is still too bitter. I'm disappointed that I spent more on this than the cheaper, nicer options. Perhaps I can use tiny amounts of it in cooking before the whole jar spoils.
