Week after week the loaf is damaged in the baking process Should never have been included in click and collect. Never again will I buy. So disappointing. Please address. This is not a moan about the staff who process click and collect - they are stars.

Very nice bread with a good texture. Does not have the funny "bready" taste or smell that some processed breads have. Along with the ciabatta rolls this is the only bought bread we now have in our household.

Arrived on the same day as the best before date and was mouldy within a couple of days so had to throw it out.

Not good quality. Best before date on the day it was delivered. Bread was very hard probably baked 2 or 3 days ago. Won't buy any more.

Tasty but problem with quality control

1 stars

The loaf this delivery is inedible without toasting because it's uncooked in the middle. At the same time, it has sunk because not cooked thoroughly and is now a funny jig saw shape which is useless for sandwiches. I have been toasting some slices as we have no other bread. Something is wrong with the quality control at the bakery as this is the fourth loaf we've had which is faulty. The others were before the 'lockdown' so no excuse. I called customer services who apologised and gave refund at the time. Those loaves all had the same problem, shaped like an old-fashioned 'woman with a tiny waist'. No use for sandwiches. I prefer Tesco bread because it's not full of soy flour as other breads have become - yes, that's why the bread has no flavour these days. At a well-known competitor beginning with A, all of their bread has soy flour, I checked with the on-site bakery where I was living. Tesco does not list soy flour and the bread definitely tastes better. Please check quality control.

We love the bread from your bakery it is so lovely and fresh. This week we we won’t be able to have any more as our delivery is before 1 pm. Please why has this changed? Is there no baking before lunch? To change your slot to a pm is impossible. So no more bread. We rely totally on you Tesco and you haven’t let us down? Ready packed steamy bread from now on ???? If help to protect staff we would understand. Thank you
