Tesco Sleep Aid 25mg TabletsDiphenhydramine Hydrochloride For a restful night’s sleepTesco Health Sleep Aid 25mg Tablets are used to relieve temporary sleeping difficulties. Please read the package leaflet before use. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, please consult your doctor. Dosage Adults and children over 16 years: Swallow two tablets with water 20 minutes before you go to bed. Do not exceed the stated dose. Do not give to children under 16 years of age. Warnings Do not take if you: have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients. have an obstruction in your stomach or gut (for example, because of an ulcer). are pregnant, breast feeding or receiving prescribed medicines. If your sleeping difficulties persist, see your doctor. Warnings: this medicine may make you feel sleepy. If this happens do not drive or use tools or machines. Do not drink alcohol.
