Whitley Cobbler method

  1. Muddle 2 lime slices and 2 lemon slices in cocktail shaker
  2. Add 50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger gin
  3. Add 25ml orange juice and 10ml sugar syrup
  4. Shake and single strain into a highball glass over crushed ice
  5. Top up to taste with soda water
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig
