Xbox One X console reservation terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Tesco direct terms and conditions (available at https://www.tesco.com/direct/help/terms-conditions.page) and the general terms and conditions (available at http://www.tesco.com/help/terms-and-conditions).

2. Only one product is allowed per customer. Therefore, only one deposit can be taken per email address/household.

3. Customers who pay a £20 deposit will reserve a single Xbox One X 4K console. This is a refundable deposit of £20 which can be used towards the final price of £449.99.

4. This product is covered by our price promise. If the customer orders today, you’ll pay today’s price; however, if our price on launch date is lower, then we will refund the difference.

5. Once the deposit is paid customers will receive an email from our customer service centre within 48 hours as confirmation of your reservation of the stock and how the full balance of the final payment can be paid.

6. By paying the deposit and providing us with your contact details, you agree to us contacting you about the product.

7. Before 1/10/17 Tesco will send the customer an email that will provide them with an eCoupon for £20. Customers will then be able to pay the balance of the order between 01/10/17 and 31/10/17 by logging onto the Tesco website and following the payment instructions within the email. Customers will need to use the eCoupon provided in the email to take the original £20 deposit off the final balance of the product payment.

8. The full balance must be paid before 01/11/17 to ensure the final purchase is secured.

9. As long as the full balance is paid before 01/11/17, we will do our best to deliver the product on its release date. However, since new products are sometimes not available to us on the expected dates, please be aware that payment of the deposit does not guarantee delivery on the release date.

10. If the full balance is not paid by 01/11/17, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be able to claim a refund for the £20 deposit by calling the Tesco Customer Service Centre on 0800 323 4050 .
