Bupa: Remote GP consultations with both the remote GP service or Weight Management Plan will be conducted remotely over the telephone or via video call. Our Earwax removal will take place in store.

Haleon: Your appointment will take place in a private consultation room located next to the Tesco Pharmacy. Please follow the in-store signs.

Stella: Complete an online assessment in just 15 minutes, book an online appointment with a clinician at your convenience. (Patients need a government-issued ID & a blood pressure reading from the last 6 months. You can get a free blood pressure check at the Tesco pharmacy).

Bupa: Remote GP services start from 15 mins and go up to 1 hour. The initial consultation for our Weight Management Plan lasts 30 minutes but the plan itself typically last 20 weeks and can extend past this. Our earwax removal service takes 30 mins.

Haleon: 20-30 minutes, please arrive 5 minutes before your start time.

Stella: The free online assessment lasts 15 minutes. An online consultation with a Stella clinician costs £45 for 20 minutes.

Bupa: Our Remote GP service will be conducted by a Bupa GP, as will the initial consultation with our Weight Management Plan. The lifestyle coaching element of our Weight Management Plan will include support from our health advisers and also include access to our Bupa Anytime Healthline nurses and our earwax removal service will be conducted in store by a health adviser. Please be advised that the Tesco consultation rooms are not solely used by Bupa and will be used by other healthcare service providers.

Haleon: You will be seen by a qualified Oral Health Educator.

Stella: Appointments will be with a menopause trained Stella clinician.
