This Silicone Straight Hose is a continuous length of reinforced silicone coupler/connector hose, designed for use in automotive, motorsport and industrial systems. It provides heat-resistant performance for coolant, water and low-pressure air duties. The hose features a premium silicone material with multi-fabric cord reinforcement, offering flexibility while maintaining pressure stability to withstand vibration, pulsation and thermal cycling. The smooth internal bore promotes efficient flow and stable system back-pressure, supporting effective heat exchange across radiators, heater cores and auxiliary circuits. The Silicone Straight Hose is rated for continuous operation from -50 C to +180 C (with peaks to +250 C), resisting ozone, weathering and common under-bonnet contaminants. It meets SAEJ20R3 standards and is available in core sizes from 13 mm to 51 mm, with colour options of blue, black or red. Typical applications include turbocharger and intercooler systems, as well as coolant circuits for radiators, heater cores and auxiliary components. The hose can also be used for low-pressure air intake systems. When fitted with suitable hose clamps, it provides a reliable connection between system components.
