Pierce film several times & pop in the microwave. During: Halfway through peel back the film & add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the rice. Stir both compartments, re-cover & continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.4.30 min 800w / 4.00 min 900wSzechuan chicken pops & yakisoba noodles:Before: Remove outer sleeve.
