Instructions: 750W / 850W / 1000WRemove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places.Heat on full power for 4 1/2 minutes (750W) or 4 minutes (850W) or 3 1/2 minutes (1000W).Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

Instructions: 750W / 850W / 1000WRemove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places.Heat on full power for 4 minutes (750W/850W) or 3 1/2 minutes (1000W). Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 4 minutes (750W) or 3 1/2 minutes (850W) or 3 minutes (1000W).Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.Cook for 20 minutes. Remove film lid. Return to the oven and cook for a further 25 minutes.Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.

Instructions: 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°CPreheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes.Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve.

Keep refrigerated below 5°CSuitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
