Oven

Instructions: 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 20 mins plus 4-5 mins per 500g for medium-rare Remove all packaging and bring to room temperature, for approximately 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper. Place product in a roasting tin n the centre of the pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 and cook for a further 4-5 minutes per 500g. Once cooked, remove from the roasting tin and wrap in foil. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days and by ‘use by’ date shown.
