Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W/900W: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid, place in microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Peel back film, add 2 tbsp of water to rice, stir both sides, re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes (800W)/2 minutes (900W). Stand for 1 minute and serve.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results, microwave cook from frozen. All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only. Take care when removing film as steam will escape.Warning: Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity.Check that food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook

Instructions: (Conventional 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas Mark 6): Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid, place on the baking tray in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film, add 2 tbsp of water to rice, stir both sides, re-cover and cook for 15 minutes. Stand for 1 minute and serve.

For best before end see side panelKeep frozen. Store at -18°C or cooler. If thawed, do not refreeze.
