Preparation and Usage

To fill and glaze your cake:Slight separation may occur. Stir the icing vigorously before use.1. Pipe half the icing (or spread using a warm palette knife) onto one cooled sponge cake, then sandwich together.2. Place the tub of remaining icing, uncovered, into the microwave.3. Heat in 10-second intervals, stirring in-between, until the icing is toffee coloured and pourable (800W microwave).4 Stir until smooth. If still a little thick, microwave for 5-10 seconds more and stir again (do not overheat).5 Immediately pour the icing over the cake to glaze and spread with a warm palette knife.Caution: Icing may become hot. Handle with care.Enough icing for1x 8 Inch cake12x Cup cakes or 1x Tray bake (20cm x 30cm)

Storage

Store in a cool dry place. In cooler temperatures, leave at room temperature for 2 hours and stir.For best before end see base.
