Regional Information

Grapes come from the cool Casablanca and Biobío valleys and are then blended for a fresh, juicy profile. The focus is on flavours true to their grape varieties and a consistent style year after year.

Vinification Details

The grapes are mechanically picked at night to keep them fresh and full of flavour. After gentle pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 15 days using selected yeasts. The wine is then aged for four months in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of this variety, its freshness and its vibrant aromatic profile before bottling.
