This wine brings together fruit from two of Mendoza's most celebrated high-altitude regions. Paraje Altamira offers a cool climate and stony, limestone-rich soils that contribute freshness and elegance, while Gualtallary's rugged, calcareous vineyards add vibrancy, structure and complexity. Together, these exceptional sites create wines with intense character, purity of fruit and a distinctive sense of place.

Vinification Details

Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vessels. Aging in foudres of 2500 litres and French oak barrels of 500 litres.

History

First launched in 1999, Zuccardi Q was the first wine to carry the Zuccardi family name on the label. The 'Q' stands for carefully selected vineyard parcels chosen for their outstanding quality. Sourced from some of Mendoza's finest wine regions, Zuccardi Q is crafted from grapes grown in exceptional sites, with each plot harvested separately to capture its unique character and achieve the best expression of the varietal.
