Oven

Instructions: Remover all packaging and place the sachet to one side. Oven: 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 - 35 mins Pre-heat oven and baking tray. Using oven gloves, take the baking tray from the oven and line with greaseproof paper. Transfer the salmon to the baking tray skin side down, cover loosely with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and place back into the oven for the final 5 minutes.

Hob

Instructions: Boil a pan of water, reduce to a low heat, add the sachet and heat for 15 minutes.Serve with the salmon.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
