Smoked rindless streaky bacon rashers with added water, and made without added nitrites.Made Without Added Nitrites Bacon Nitrites have traditionally been used during the curing process, helping to create bacon's distinctive colour and characteristic appearance. This new range has been carefully developed without the addition of nitrites, while still delivering the great taste and quality customers expect. Instead, we use natural flavourings derived from fruit and spice extracts to create a delicious, high quality bacon with an exceptional flavour profile. Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 6-8 mins. Heat 15ml Of Oil in a frying pan. Once Oil is hot add the bacon. Fry over a medium-high heat, turning occasionally.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL Chilled: 8 mins. Pre—heat grill to a medium—high heat. Line the grill With foil and evenly spread rashers. Tum halfway through cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated.
