Preparation and Usage

Preparation guidelinesAdd 4 tablespoons of flakes to a cupAdd a little hot milk & mix to a smooth pasteAdd 200ml of warmed milkStir briskly until fully mixedPreparation guidelinesHeat 255ml of semi skimmed milk or milk alternative until simmering. Add four heaped tablespoons of drinking chocolate flakes (50g) into a mug and a splash of the hot milk, melt the chocolate into a paste and pour the remaining hot milk into the mug. Stir until all the chocolate has melted.
